 Christmas greetings and a happy New Year from FOUR PAWS
The FOUR PAWS team wishes you all a merry Christmas and a fortunate 2009!
We thank you for your support, which makes our work possible in the first place. In our 20th year we have accomplished much and were able to help numerous animals in a sustainable manner.
It was an eventful anniversary year for FOUR PAWS, in which we could gather strength from reviewing our success to date. We were able to relocate nine lion cubs and other game cats, who would have had no future in Europe, to our South African sanctuary LIONSROCK. Our cooperation with the Borneo Orang-Utan Survival Foundation (BOS) has been intensified, so that the apes in the jungles of Borneo are given the chance of a future. In our Bear Parks and the Bear Orphan Station much could be done to allow animals a species-appropriate life. In addition, numerous campaigns in all FOUR PAWS countries have continued to improve the conditions under which animals live and have brought us closer to our ultimate goal: a world without animals suffering.
We are looking forward to the many endeavours that lie in front of us, and we hope that we can celebrate more great success with your help.
We wish you a prosperous New Year and thank for accompanying us on our journey!
